FAQs

Are there fees to pay ?

If you’re a candidate keen to work us and seeking advice, No. There are no fees to pay at any point. We get paid a fee as and when a client (law firm or business) successfully hires someone we have introduced.

Is there a lot of paperwork I will need to fill in?

No, we will need to check a few things with you, such as your right to work and some simple ID checks, but that’s about it.

Can I get in touch even if I don’t have an up to date CV at the moment?

Yes, of course. Our first conversations will probably just be a general chat about you, where you feel you are in your career, your motivations, and about the market at the moment. If, as our discussions continue, you decide you want to take things further we can help you build a CV that is a strong account of your career history and experience.

What if I eventually decide I don’t want to move on from my current role?

That is absolutely fine, and that is often the outcome and is all part of the help and advice we aim to provide. We can help you benchmark your current circumstances, and whether there are other exciting opportunities for you, but it may be the best option for you at the moment is to carry on along your current path.

Will our discussions be 100% confidential?

Yes, and this is incredibly important. With our decades of experience we know it is vital that you can trust us and the conversations we have together. We have robust privacy and data protection policies in place, and we would never discuss you or pass your CV information to anyone without your express permission.
